Delivery and Returns


Our standard shipping charge to UK Mainland addresses is �5.99. Extra long and made to measure curtain poles will incur an extra delivery charge. Delivery to areas classed as 'Highlands & Islands' and Northern Ireland will incur a higher delivery charge. Please contact us before ordering so will can give you a quote on how much delivery to your area will cost.

Our orders are sent out either by courier or Royal Mail, depending on size. Parcels will need to be signed for on receipt. You can leave an instruction as to where the parcel can be left unsigned for, however, we can not be held responsible if the parcel goes missing or if the courier chooses not to leave it unsigned for.

Delivery Timescale

All order will be delivered within 5 working days providing the item is in stock. Exceptions may occur during the busy Christmas period.


You are welcome to return any item unless it is has been made to order (such as a bay window curtain pole). The delivery cost associated with returning an item will be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty. We can arrange collection of the item should you wish. This will cost approx. �10 and will be deducted off your refund.

For any item which is to be returned, please ensure that it is well packaged so it is not damaged in transit. If the item is damaged before it gets back to us, we may not be able to issue a full refund, so please do make sure you wrap it up well. We will send you an address label to attached to the parcel to ensure it finds its way to the correct address.

Faulty Items

If a products is faulty we will be happy to arrange the collection of the faulty item, which will either be replaced or refunded. Collection of faulty items is free of charge. Please ensure the item is well packaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order if you find any item is faulty. We will send you an address label to attach to the item to be returned.
