How do I return an item?
You are welcome to return any item within 28 days of receiving it, unless it is has been made to order (such as a bay window curtain pole). Please notify us of any item you would like to return prior to sending.The delivery cost associated with returning an item will be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty. We can arrange collection of the item should you wish. This will cost approx. £10 and will be deducted off your refund.
For any item which is to be returned, please ensure that it is well packaged so it is not damaged in transit. If the item is damaged before it gets back to us, we may not be able to issue a full refund, so please do make sure you wrap it up well. We will send you an address label to attached to the parcel to ensure it finds its way to the correct address.
If a products is faulty we will be happy to arrange the collection of the faulty item, which will either be replaced or refunded. Collection of faulty items is free of charge. Please ensure the item is well packaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order if you find any item is faulty. We will send you an address label to attach to the item to be returned.
